I significantly prefer Send to Sleep as a card in this role and find Jilt to be a little gold and a little situational for me to include it in the cube despite it being a viable candidate

Technically, any type of permanent can benefit from flickering, reanimation and copying spells which recur their ETB effects at far less than original mana cost

You can also cycle it for two mana and untap another permanent so that's pretty cool
